How We Handle Payments We process our online transactions through PayTabs, a leading payment gateway that is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Currencies We Accept Unless stated otherwise, all payments on our website, www.payrollsmiddleeast.com, are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and/or US Dollars (USD).

- Direct & Safe Transfer: PayTabs is an authorized processor for all major banks. They never “hold” your funds; the money is transferred directly from your card to the FARAHAT & Co. merchant account.

How to Pay
We offer two convenient ways to pay for our services:
- Online Payment: We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa and/or MasterCard).
- Bank/Wire Transfer: You can also complete your payment via a direct bank transfer/wire transfer.
Important: Verification for Card Payments
To protect against fraud, the person paying (the client) must be the owner of the card.
If you need to pay using a Credit/Debit Card that is not in your name, we require a few extra steps for everyone’s security:
- A photocopy of both sides of the Credit/Debit Card.
- Written authorization from the cardholder, signed by them, permitting this specific payment.
- This authorization must clearly state the client’s name, the date, and the reason for the payment.
- A copy of the ID or Passport for both the client and the cardholder.
These documents must be presented at the time of payment. FARAHAT & Co. reserves the right to cancel the transaction if these verification steps are not completed.
Your Agreement With Us
- Unauthorized Use: FARAHAT & Co. is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your Credit/Debit Card. By using our site, you agree to compensate FARAHAT & Co. against any losses or damages that may arise from the unauthorized use of your card on our website.
- Your Bank Relationship: We are not responsible for your relationship with your bank or card issuer. You are advised to be aware of all charges, terms, and conditions set by your card issuer.
Our Refund Policy
If you make an advance payment to FARAHAT & Co. but have not yet provided all the necessary documents to begin your service, your transaction will be placed on hold.
- You have the right to request a refund within 7 working days from the date you made the payment.
- If a refund is requested within this timeframe, we will refund your payment, minus any costs or expenses already spent for work that has been started on your task order.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All payment terms and transactions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
In the event of any dispute, the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to handle the matter.
